	Recommendation:	Staff recommends that City Council give direction to Staff on setting an annual Road Maintenance Budget based on priority projects as shown on the Pavement Management Plan and adopt the 2017 Pavement Management Plan into the Capital Improvement Program as the Annual Road Maintenance Capital Improvement Project.
