Chair Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Action: Kelley moved to approve the June 9, 2016 Regular Meeting minutes, motion seconded by Erickson, motion carried 5/0 by the following vote:

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Chief Mondary introduced the new Community Service Officer, Ashley Priest.

Action: Lozano moved to approve the Campaign Sign Ordinance as submitted with corrections, to forward to the City Manager for review and submission to the City Council, motion seconded by Eastman, motion carried 5/0 by the following vote:
