Chair Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

	Public Safety Commission Regular Meeting Minutes May 12, 2016
	Recommendation:	Approve Minutes as Submitted; or as Corrected.

Action: Kelley moved to approve the May 12, 2016 Regular Meeting Minutes, motion seconded by Erickson, motion carried 4/0 by the following vote:

Vote: AYES: 4 - Meyer, Erickson, Lozano, Kelley

Passed NOES: 0 - (None)

ABSENT: 1 - Eastman

NEW BUSINESS:

1.	Public Safety Commission Dark in July and August - Discussion
	Chair Meyer

Action: Erickson moved to approve the Public Safety Commission dark for the month of July, and cancel the August meeting if there is nothing pertinent to discuss, motion seconded by Kelley, motion carried 4/0 by the following vote:

Passed NOES: 0 - (None)

2.	Code Enforcement Revenue Cost Recovery Review
	Code Compliance, Dave Williams

Dave Williams, Code Compliance, presented the Code Enforcement Revenue Cost Recovery, and responded to questions.

Sergeant Hernandez presented the monthly report and responded to questions.

5.	Fire Department Monthly Report
	Fire Chief, Mark Brooks

Fire Department representative was not present. No report was given.

6.	Code Enforcement Monthly Report
	Code Compliance, Dave Williams

Dave Williams, Code Compliance, introduced Doug Leeper, the new Code Enforcement Manager. Dave Williams presented the monthly Code Enforcement report and responded to questions.
