CALL TO ORDER

 

Meeting called to order at 8:32 AM by Chair Larry Buchanan.

 

 

ROLL CALL

 

            Commissioners Present:  Janice Gough, Andrew Cierner, Vice-Chair Pamela Berry, and Chair             Larry Buchanan.

 

            Staff Present:  Community Development Director Alexander P. Meyerhoff, AICP

 

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

 

            The Agenda was approved unanimously 4-0.

At this time, pursuant to State law, any person may comment on an item which is NOT on the agenda. PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND CITY OF RESIDENCE FOR THE RECORD. 

 

Comments are limited to the first ten (10) speakers at three (3) minutes per speaker. All comments are to be directed to the Community and Cultural Affairs Commission and shall be devoid of any personal attacks. Members of the public are expected to maintain a professional, courteous decorum during public comments.

Continued Discussion on City Entry Monument Signss

Recommendation:

Follow Direction Provided by the Commission

 

            The Commission met with Sign Works and selected an orientation of the sign with regard to           the street.

 

Action: Commissioner Gough moved to approve the orientation selected and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Cirner and carried unanimously on the following vote:

Passed         NOES:  0 - (None)
