ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR:

 

1.

A recommendation to the Planning Commission on the Architecture and Landscaping for a private fueling station including above ground storage tanks, and a 1,400 square foot modular office-caretaker quarters on a portion of a 6.86 acre site in the L-I (Light Industrial District).

That the Architectural and Landscape Review Committee recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 05-14 to allow Brown Dog Health and Wellness Medical Marijuana Dispensary, a medical marijuana dispensary with limited cultivation operations to operate at 66595 Pierson Boulevard between Palm Drive and Ocotillo Road in the Community and Retail Services of the Vortex Specific Plan.

3.

That the Architectural and Landscape Review Committee recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 06-14 to allow Sun Grow Collective Marijuana Dispensary, a medical marijuana dispensary with limited cultivation operations to operate at 170001 Palm Drive on the southwest corner of Palm Drive and Dillon Road in the Proposed General Commercial District/ Existing Rural Residential District.
