Mayor Matas called the Special Meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. |

Recommendation: |
Authorize the Mayor to execute a Cooperation Agreement for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant for fiscal years 2021-2024 |

Daniel Porras, Public Works Director, presented the staff report and responded to questions. |
|
A discussion ensued. |
|
Council Member Betts moved to continue the item. The motion failed for lack of a second. |
|
Action: Betts moved to approve staff recommendation and adopt Resolution No. 2020-045; and direct Staff to inquire whether a deadline extension was possible and if so, research and bring back options to the Council at a future date and reopen discussion., motion seconded by Pye, motion carried 4/1 by the following vote: |
