CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Matas called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M.

Jerryl Soriano, City Clerk, advised that the meeting was being held pursuant to Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 issued by Governor Newsom; and that the City Council and Staff were participating remotely.

PUBLIC COMMENT

None.

Jennifer Mizrahi, City Attorney, announced the Closed Session item.
