Chair Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Action: Duarte moved to approve selection of Vice-Chair as Ted Meyrhofen, motion seconded by Lozano, motion carried 5/0 by the following vote:

	Public Safety Cadet Liaison Roberto Villalba-Orozco

Roberto Villalba-Orozco, Public Safety Cadet Liaison, gave the monthly report and responded to questions. Roberto reported the high school will take part in Every 15 Minutes.

3.	Animal Control Monthly Report
	Animal Care and Control Supervisor, Stephanie Gutierrez

Stephanie Gutierrez, Animal Care and Control Supervisor, gave the monthly report and responded to questions.

4.	Fire Department Monthly Report
	Fire Chief, Tyrell Davis

Fire Department representative not present. No report was given.

5.	Police Department Monthly Report
	Deputy Chief, Jim Henson
