Vice-Chair Mayrhofen called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Commissioners Present: Eastman, Martin, Mayrhofen, Meyer

Commissioner Absent: Lozano

Commissioner Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Action: Meyer moved to approve the September 12, 2019 Regular Meeting Agenda, motion seconded by Eastman, motion carried 4/0 by the following vote:

Passed NOES: 0 - (None)

	Recommendation:	Approve Minutes as Submitted; or Corrected

Action: Meyer moved to approve the July 11, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes, motion seconded by Martin, motion carried 4/0 by the following vote:

Kathy Kusmitch spoke about a traffic hazard on Cholla and Pierson. Cliff Lavey spoke about the City needing more Code Enforcement Officers.
